We currently manage over 325,000 claims each year; however in recent years our skills have extended to other areas of business administration as clients look to control costs and improve their service capabilities through the outsourcing of non-core activities.

We are a division of WNS Global Services (UK) Ltd, a global business process outsourcing solution provider whose key shareholders and business supporters are British Airways and private equity investor Warburg Pincus

To accommodate the number of motor claims WNS Assistance employs 450 heads in three UK offices and over 100 highly qualified professionals in Pune.
