Bespoke branding and data capture are available throughout the notification of loss to meet client requirements. To ensure complete authenticity, WNS provides the automated uploading of client policy information to validate or refer inbound notifications.
In the event of an accident, the claimant can notify our First Response Unit at any time. Dedicated and highly trained insurance professionals man our operation. An experienced member of the First Response Unit takes details of the incoming claim and an electronic claim form is automatically generated. Depending on requirements, a copy of the form can be sent to the claimant for completion while a second copy is forwarded to the client, so that they are advised of proceedings at the earliest opportunity. WNS also operates a paperless office to enable the efficient processing, retrieval and sharing of high volumes of documentation.
