WNS has successfully integrated the preferred repairer estimating software ‘Audatex’ with core operating software. This development increases the speed, accuracy and flexibility of the transfer of information between the two systems, particularly in respect of estimate figures, vehicle imagery and configured workflow initiation. This integration also enables WNS to apply rule-sets to incoming estimates on a customer-specific basis. The rule-sets will automate agreed procedures in respect of authority limits, external engineer deployment and use of specific employee skill sets for varying estimates.
