Provided the Third Party utilises a repairer within the WNS Assistance network, they will automatically be offered a courtesy car (Group A) for the duration of the claim at no extra cost to the client. Should the accident occur outside of normal working hours, a replacement vehicle is provided to the Third Party by the approved repairer the following working day.
