WNS Assistance’s accident management service is undoubtedly at the forefront of the industry. It is the interaction of our First Response and dedicated ‘in house’ Engineering and Downtime Management teams, all using market-leading systems and technology, which gives us a competitive edge. In 2006 we executed over 200,000 vehicle repairs and our client satisfaction ratings defining our service as "good to excellent" stood at 96%. We believe that few of our competitors can claim such results.

WNS Assistance completed over 200,000 repairs in 2006 and are budgeted to execute over 250,000 this year. All repairs can be tracked ‘on line’ by clients through our web based Motorguard portal.

All drivers are contacted by telephone within 48 hours of the return of their repaired vehicle and we use this feedback to constantly improve our service. Within current satisfaction ratings of “good to excellent” sitting at 96% we are rightly proud of the service that we continue to deliver and we believe that few of our competitors can claim such results.
