Our in-house engineering team is now some 55 strong and all are repair industry trained with many having worked in bodyshops. Through integrating Audatex with our own state-of-the-art software, our operation is targeted at cost reduction towards an average vehicle repair cost. As a result, WNS Assistance has progressively reduced its reliance on external engineers and substantially improved its clients’ cost position. The quality and cost control achieved through these internal engineers is considerable, with their performance monitored and quantified closely by our clients and ourselves.
