Our parts policies are set by the customer. Fundamentally, WNS adopt a 'repair don't replace' philosophy but our system is flexible enough for us to preset rules that allow the customer choice. Whether the customers wish is for OE, non OE, or 'green' parts replacement our systems are configured to match the client's wishes.
