Our Downtime Management Unit (DMU) is responsible for managing the drivers’ expectation in terms of completion and delivery of the vehicle. This department receives the majority of its information through Repairflo, where all file entries by repairers are visible to DMU handlers. Drivers can be kept updated regarding the process through their chosen method of communication, be it telephone, SMS or email notifications.
