WNS Assistance currently contracts more than 320 repairers. These are strategically placed throughout the UK to ensure comprehensive coverage for the 200,000 plus repairs we will handle in 2007. Our field-based Network Managers implement and maintain all relationships with repairers, removing consistently sub-standard performers and increasing the volume channelled to top-scoring bodyshops. A weighting of ‘Gold, Silver or Bronze’ is allocated through variants of performance measurements, from the Average Repair Cost to the Customer Survey Statistics we collate. All our suppliers must hold an RMIF (Retail Motor Industry Federation) accreditation and Audatex estimating system as a minimum requirement.
